By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our investment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered investors, and anyone who interacts with Core Trade Max, including deposits, plan purchases, withdrawals, and referral activities.

2. Eligibility

To use Core Trade Max, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a country or region where online investment platforms are prohibited by law.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and verification.

We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each user may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized by Core Trade Max. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended and forfeited.

4. Investment Plans & Returns

Core Trade Max offers various investment plans with defined minimum and maximum amounts, duration, and return rates as displayed on the Plan page at the time of purchase.

• Returns (ROI) are credited according to each plan's schedule and terms shown in your dashboard.
• Plan details, rates, and availability may be updated by the Platform at any time for new purchases; existing active plans remain subject to the terms active at the time of investment unless otherwise stated.
• All investments are made at your own discretion and risk. Past performance or projected returns do not guarantee future results.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods enabled on the Platform (including supported cryptocurrency gateways).

• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits, processing fees, and charges are displayed before you confirm each transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require identity verification before processing.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, blockchain network congestion, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
• Funds sent to incorrect addresses or incompatible networks cannot be recovered by Core Trade Max.

6. Referral Program

Core Trade Max may offer a multi-level referral commission program. By participating, you agree that:

• Commissions are calculated and credited based on the active referral rules displayed in your dashboard.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system is strictly prohibited.
• We may modify referral rates, levels, or program structure at any time with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of the referral program may result in commission reversal and account termination.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

We may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before allowing deposits, investments, or withdrawals above certain thresholds. You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested and understand that failure to complete KYC may result in restricted access or delayed transactions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account suspension, fund holds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, pending withdrawals may be processed subject to verification and applicable fees, unless funds are withheld due to suspected abuse or legal obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Core Trade Max and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
